Delete your Batten account
This page is for deleting a user account in Batten, the app published by Metron Adaptive Society. You can use it whether or not the app is still installed. You can also do this in the app: Settings → Delete my account.
What happens
- Your login is retired and you can no longer sign in.
- The personal details on your profile — name, email, phone — are removed.
- Your employer is notified that you asked to delete your account.
- This is completed within 30 days, and you get an email when it is done.
What stays, and why
Batten holds records that belong to your employer and that the law requires employers to keep — time punches and hours, safety and incident reports, permits, pre-task plans, and medical records your employer filed. Those records stay with your employer, with your name on them, under your employer's control. We cannot delete an employer's legally required records at a worker's request. Retention periods are explained in the privacy policy.

If that email belongs to a login, a confirmation has been sent. Open that email to confirm the request.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmation, and you get an email when it is done.
We will email you to confirm. If this address has no Batten account, you will get the same confirmation message — that is deliberate, so nobody can use this page to find out who has an account.
